In order to strengthen the ability of young doctors to analyze medical records, improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and standardize doctors' medical records writing skills, on the evening of December 23, our hospital grandly held the 2019 annual hospital medical records writing and speech contest in the multifunctional hall on the sixth floor.
The competition is divided into "medical record writing", "medical case presentation" and "doctor-patient communication". Zhou Lihong, director of obstetrics and gynecology of Lishui City Central Hospital, Fan Huisu, director of pediatrics of Lishui People's Hospital, leaders of the hospital and middle-level cadres Clinicians, nurses, etc., more than 200 medical staff attended.
Deputy Dean Cheng Xiaoyan addressed the competition.
She emphasized that writing medical records is a basic skill that a clinician should have, and young doctors are the backbone of our hospital's vigorous development. The speech contest for young doctors' medical records has become a traditional activity in our hospital. She hopes that young doctors will actively participate in training the medical records analysis ability in the competition, and show the level and style.
This lecture on medical records was selected by each department. A total of 7 contestants participated in the competition. Three excellent medical records selected by Lishui City Medical Record Quality Control Center were displayed to the medical staff of each department of the hospital, so that the staff of each department could learn from each other, communicate and learn from each other. The problems existing in the department and weak links in writing should be improved in time.
During the "medical lecture" session, the doctors shared the typical cases encountered in their daily work through vivid ppt courseware. Each player gave a wonderful speech for 8 minutes. The atmosphere of the competition was warm, and the speeches of the players were different. They showed the thinking and judgment ability of front-line medical staff in the face of complex conditions through live clinical cases.
In the "doctor-patient communication" link, vivid plots and popular language perfectly combined the real work of the medical staff with the authenticity of the art. One by one, the small stories truly show the dedication of the medical staff in different positions, based on high-quality services. With good medical literacy and communication as the main line and wholehearted service as the purpose, the scene of harmonious doctor-patient relationship is humorous, warm and touching, and thought-provoking.
Finally, Director Zhou Lihong from the Central Hospital and Director Fan Huisu from the People's Hospital commented on the excellent performance of the contestants. They said that the case-sharing speech contest was of great help to improve doctors' basic skills, disease diagnosis and treatment level, broaden clinical thinking, enhance academic exchanges, and strengthen case analysis capabilities, which fully demonstrated the rigorous professional spirit of doctors. This lecture on sharing medical records, the topic selection is typical, representative, valuable, and unique.
